The hotel has a very central location. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The rooftop terrace provided beautiful views during breakfast. The staff assisted with parking and the ZTL permit.
Hallway noise was disruptive. I could hear sounds from other rooms and the hallway, due to a lack of carpet.

The staff spoke English well, aiding communication. Check-in was quick. The personnel were friendly and eager to fulfill needs. Benedetta was fantastic!

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location in the heart of everything. i found the staff helpful and efficient with all requests. the rooftop terrace impressed me with its amazing views. I used it for evening drinks! the room featured new furniture.
i observed slight wear on some furniture items though everything was still functional.

My double room had ample space and was equipped with new furniture. It overlooked the street. the shower pressure was consistent, and hot water was readily available. It made showering convenient. a large window provided a nice view.

the hotel is steps away from the main historical area. important attractions are easily accessible, being right outside the hotel. i felt okay all time in this area. this centrality allowed for easy exploration.

breakfast on the rooftop terrace provided scenic views of the city! i enjoyed the variety of pastries. evening drinks were also available there. i was happy to start my day with such a pleasant view though the parking was expensive!
